Speed = Distance/Time (Distance over time), so let's use "Fast" as the total speed

So,

Fast = Distance/Time, Distance and Time being Really Far and Really Short, respectively.

Which means,

Fast = Really Far/Really Short, meaning that

In order to "go fast" you must spend a short amount of time going far.

So that begs the question:
