And if you're talking about Fallout, well then what do you want from Fallout? Take out the gameplay that fans expect from it?

Didn't you hear there is also trading and other NPCs will come to visit and may even move in? Host parties and other such things.
It's a Wasteland, of course raiders are gonna attack your home, Are you not gonna defend yourself?

I'm pretty sure the bonding and the attacking are not related, cause he was shown talking to it and petting it, even made it go fetch for things.

Violence is only one part of the many things that can be done in this game, and that is coming from someone, who cares nothing for this series who only has information received from the same press conference we all saw.
