The Wii version has longer levels; missions are absent but they basically are replaced with acts. Eggman, Sonic, Tails and the shape bots are the only ones in it. The bosses are easier but the final boss battle is different and a bit more lengthy. And there is no online mode for the wii besides ranking. And some wisps powers are different.

Honestly they are about the same.

i have both games the DS game is ok but the Wii is better

Isn't the DS version just basically Sonic Rush? I have no clue but I downloaded a demo a while back.
But yes, I think the Wii version would probably be better.
