Best free image editor

What are your opinions on the best free image editing program?

I would say GIMP, Yet I'm not sure if it has the magic wand tool. XD For now I say PAINT.NET.

If any of you have seen my drawings, I do them in both Paint.NET and GIMP. GIMP more recently.

So either of these.

Yes, GIMP does have the magic wand tool. I'd be screwed without it. XD

Well...I would say Photoshop CS3 because you CAN get it for free...I actually posted it in unrealated downloads.

I actually use a site called pixlr.com, an online image editor when I want to touch up a picture from my laptop. My laptop doesn't have a lot of memory so I can't install too many things or else it'll get really slow. P:

It's a great site though, don't have to download anything or have an account to use it, even.

There's another program I use...paint tool sai.
It's technically not free, but it's really easy to get a crack to.
if you want the crack (if you try it,) you can message me and I'll send it to ya.
