Luka posted this on Facebook and I figured it was relevant after how often I complain about my anxiety disorder.
1. It doesn't matter if you fail in a conversation, try it as much as you can, no one will die you if you say something that seems silly.
2. You need to find a person who's always there for you. (kinda like dogs for blind people)
